We have moved the database upload/download portion of the website within the user account section as per numerous user requests. To access this section, click on the myAccount link in the top menu bar or one of the database dropdown submenus.

This change will hopefully make it easier for users to upload their databases and download them after using one or more web services to process the uploaded records.
